Rebecca is a dedicated advocate for whole food, plant-based nutrition, blending nearly two decades of experience in plant science with a personal journey of health transformation. A graduate with honours in Biological and Environmental Science from Flinders University, Rebecca also holds a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell University. Her passion for the healing power of plant-based diets was ignited after she used a whole food, plant-based lifestyle to successfully manage her autoimmune condition, multiple sclerosis.
Today, as CEO of Doctors For Nutrition, Rebecca is committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health through sustainable lifestyle changes. She regularly conducts workshops, cooking demonstrations, and public talks, where she shares her story, knowledge, and recipes to inspire others. Rebecca’s mission is to demystify the science behind plant-based diets and to promote a world where preventable diseases are a thing of the past.
Through her side hustle, Just Eat Plants, Rebecca continues to educate and inspire people globally, encouraging them to embrace the benefits of plant-based eating for long-lasting health and wellness.
