Leah is a powerhouse in every sense of the word—both as an Accredited Sports Dietitian and a competitive vegan powerlifter. With a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals through tailored nutrition, Leah specializes in working with athletes from strength sports, endurance disciplines, and combat sports. Having graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Dietetic honors in 2016, Leah is registered with both Dietitians Australia and Sports Dietitians Australia.

As a vegan herself, Leah understands firsthand the balance needed between a plant-based diet and athletic success. She has worked with hundreds of plant-based athletes, from elite powerlifters to professional boxers, developing an extensive skill set along the way. Leah is not only passionate about sports nutrition but also deeply committed to inclusivity, giving 110% to her clients and encouraging them to be their authentic selves in pursuit of their fitness goals.

Her personal drive and expertise inspire those she works with, helping them fuel their bodies for optimal performance while staying true to their values.

About the Recipe

I have chosen my vegan, high protein version of a pom-pom pie! I love this recipe because it is so easy to throw together whilst being packed full of protein & micronutrients. It also has potato gems and cheese, sooooo I think that speaks for itself haha
