Tom is the creator behind Project Vegan Baking. He is a scientist turned baker with the goal of reinventing all classic desserts into tasty, cruelty-free and plant-based versions. After discovering vegan macarons back in 2016, he set off on a mission to prove that any dessert can and should be made vegan and that no challenge is too great when we are helping shift the world away from animal products and towards a plant-based future.
After my own experience with the benefits of a changed diet, I have become a plant-based nutrition advocate. I’ve used a low fat, whole food plant-based diet to recover from autoimmune conditions and I’m passionate about helping others access the benefits of plant-based eating through sustainable lifestyle change.
Konstantinos is the owner and creator of the vegan food blog Beets Me. He started cooking at the very young age of 9. And though at first he followed a career at art and design his passion for cooking won him over. After going vegan back in 2008, he began experimenting with all the new ingredients he was learning about at the time and started working on new recipes or trying to veganize traditional Greek recipes.
I never really liked to cook before. To me, cooking was a laborious chore in exchange for the pointlessly short enjoyment of eating. That is until I became a vegan! Only then did I care to create the foods I craved, as I was motivated to do what's right by the animals, and was equally equipped with a newfound enthusiasm to play around with culinary possibilities.
