I became vegan almost four years ago, at the end of my freshman year of high school. When I learned of the animal industry’s practices, its impact on the environment, and effects of certain animal foods on our health, I understood that veganism was the way to go.

I’ve since then made almost every single meal for myself, and I have to say that learning to cook has been tremendously helpful in my plant-based journey. I hope to show the community that vegan food is beautiful and delicious — and inspire others to eat more plant-based meals!
