Michelle HC – run2food

I am vegan by choice and I love creating and sharing plant-based recipes that are delicious and simple so anyone can make it! I also have a HUGE sweet tooth, which is ironic as I am a dentist by profession, but life is about balance and as long as you are taking care of your oral health, a little sugar won’t hurt.

After I made the shift to a 100% plant-based diet, I felt peace with my plate, became stronger, more energized and inspired. In saying so, I am a strong believer in listening to your body and doing what works best for you. So whether you’re vegan, vegetarian or omnivore, I hope you find this blog to be an inspiring place to consume more plants and spread more kindness.
