I soon discovered the many health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle and in 2013 I developed a passion for raw food. This discovery helped me get rid of allergies, chronic migraines and many other health issues!
I started Brussels Vegan to show people how easy it can be to change your lifestyle, no matter how hard it may seem in the beginning. This, and my love for helping others, is what also motivated me to write the eBook ‘The Practical Vegan’.
Even though health is very important to me now, animal rights and ethical veganism will always stay my main passion and motivation.
