Orange and Kale Smoothie ★★★★★1 review

This green smoothie is perfect after a workout or any time you’re looking for a refreshment. It’s one of my favorite go to smoothies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of (preferably freshly squeezed) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp green juice powder (my favorite is barley grass juice powder because it tastes much better than most other green powders, you can also omit and just add a handful of spinach or basil instead)

Method:

Blend ingredients and serve.
