I am certified in Plant Based Nutrition so you might call be a bit of a nutrition nerd. I have so much passion for nutrition, cooking, and food that I decided to start this blog with my photographer/graphic designer/web developer husband, Paul! We went vegan together in 2018 and not only have we healed many ailments such as migraines, eczema, and high blood pressure, but we’ve lost a combined 140+ pounds (and counting)! We eat exactly what we put on our blog: healthy, delicious, easy vegan recipes!
My recipes are unique because they don’t look healthy (Nacho Fries, anyone?) but they ARE healthy.
