Falafel Tabouli Wrap ★★★★4 reviews

Falafel can be easily bought at most supermarkets and while you might not be able to always find tabouli there, it is easy to make yourself.


  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 tsp bulgur (cracked wheat)
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • 4 tsp hummus
  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 3 falafel balls


To make tabouli:
Dice the tomato into small cubes and place it with the bulgur, parsley and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Mix then let stand for about 20 minutes or until the bulgur has softened.
Spread the hummus on the wrap, then the tabouli. Add the falafel balls then roll them in the wrap ready to eat.

    We found avocado made for an excellent addition, particularly as the falafel balls erred on the dryer side of things. At the end of the day, we’ll be having this again! Great stuff.
