Perfect for breakfast or as dessert.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/3 cup local organic frozen blueberries
- 1 serving of vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Touch of almond milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender until a ‘ice cream’ consistency is achieved.
Topped with coconut flakes, a fig, cacao nibs and a square of Pana chocolate!
