Vanilla Mango Passionfruit Sorbet

If you are looking for a simple ice cream recipe, you have come to the right place! Simply blend, churn, freeze and enjoy.


• 2 fresh ripe mangoes
• 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
• 1 can coconut milk (thick part from top of can only)
• 3 passionfruits
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• juice of 1/2 a lime


Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Transfer to an ice-cream maker and churn for 40 minutes. Serve with some more passionfruit on top
