Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Made with fresh or frozen ingredients, this strawberry banana smoothie is a soothing and refreshing treat.

- 150g/5.3oz banana (1 large banana)
- 150g/5.3oz (1 1/4 cup) frozen or fresh strawberries
- 125ml/4.2oz (1/2 cup) unsweetened soy milk with protein (e.g. Vitasoy Protein Plus)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!
