Protein-rich Pecan Banana Pudding Smoothie
Delectable, high-protein banana pudding smoothie that's sugar-free and easy to make.
Serves 1 | Prep time: 5 mins | Cooking time: 0 mins
- 200g/7oz frozen banana
- 30g/1oz (1/4 cup) pecans
- 30g/1oz (1/3 cup) soy protein powder, or sub any plant protein powder of choice
- Water, as needed
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until creamy. Enjoy!
Note: If you have a high-powered blender you may not need to add water, but for other blenders add a little bit of water first to help the blending process or as much as you like to achieve the desired creaminess.
