Pina Colada Smoothie

Pina Colada Smoothie! Kath and Jade's Food Journal: bit.ly/panaceas

Ingredients

  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup your preferred non-dairy milk (I used organic soy)
  • Thumbnail chunk size of ginger
  • 1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/3 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp powdered greens

Note: This smoothie is delicious enough just on its own buuuut if you’re looking for something a little extra we’d suggest

  • Fresh fruit
  • Granola
  • Shredded coconut

Method

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed food processor until smooth.
