Gettin’ Figgy With It Choc-Caramel Smoothie Bowl

This yummy recipe is vegan, raw, gluten free and refined sugar free! Kath and Jade's Food Journal:


  • 3 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 2 dried figs
  • 1 tsp. Raw cacao
  • 1/2 tsp lucuma
  •  300mL / 10.15floz almond milk


Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender & pulse until smooth. (Serves 1)

Serving suggestions

  • Fresh berries
  • Chunky chocolate granola (or any granola)
  • Shredded coconut
