Epic Falafel Sub Sandwich
A sub sandwich that will rival any non-vegan counterpart!
- 1 Baguette or Tiger Loaf
- 2 tablespoons Vegan Mayonnaise
- Sliced Tomato
- Lettuce, shredded
- Vegan Cheese
- 1 bag of Pre-Made Falafel
- Prepare your pre-made falafel according to directions (in the microwave or the oven).
- To prepare your epic sub sandwich, toast your Baguette or Tiger Roll in the oven. Once warm, split into half.
- Spread Vegan Mayonnaise on both sides.
- Adorn with sliced Tomato, Lettuce and Vegan Cheese.
- Add falafel to the sandwich and enjoy!
