Easy Baked Potato Chippies With Avocado

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (as many as desired)
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • 1 avocado

Optional:

  • Paprika
  • Nutritional yeast

Method

1. Preheat a fan forced oven to 180C / 355F

2. On the stove, boil potatoes whole for 15 minutes.

3. Drain and chop the potatoes into chips.

4. Place on a tray and season with salt, oregano, paprika and nutritional yeast (if desired).

5. Pop into the preheated oven to bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden.

6. Mash up avocado into a sauce and fill your belly with potatoey goodness!
