5 Minute Pumpkin Pie Spice Truffles!

  • 1 1/3 cups gluten free oatmeal
  • 4 dried figs
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs or raw cacao powder


Use a food processor or a small blender until consistency is sticky then form into ball shapes!

Voila! No need for refrigeration or baking!
Can be eaten as breakfast, snack or dessert.
