Warm Apple Porridge

This delicious warm apple porridge is the perfect start to your morning and will keep you satiated for hours!


  • 3 apples, chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

(additional toppings: sliced bananas, roasted pecans, pumpkin seeds, chopped dates, and pomegranate seeds)


1. Mix together the chopped apples, maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a bowl

2. Throw into a non-stick pan on medium heat.

3. Sauté for about 10 minutes until apples soften (add a little more lemon juice or filtered water as needed).

4. Serve warm in a bowl with any toppings you like and enjoy!
