Green Smoothie
A very healthy way to start the day!
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut water
- 100g / 3.5oz spinach
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 small bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Method
- Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
