Green Smoothie

A very healthy way to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 100g / 3.5oz spinach
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
