Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

Start your day a healthy way!


  • 1/2 punnet strawberries (or your favourite berries)
  • 1 banana (the larger it is the thicker the smoothie will be)
  • 1/2 cup fortified soy, almond or rice milk


Whiz ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
