Peanut Butter Salad Sandwich ★★★★★1 review

Peanut butter is as simple as it gets and is a great source of protein. This veggied up PB sandwich is great for kids and adults alike!

Serves 1 | Prep time: 5 mins | Cooking time: 0 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, cut thinly

METHOD

  1. Spread peanut butter onto the bread.
  2. Add to your sandwich the grated carrot, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, your favourite seasonings if desired and enjoy!
