Mango-Mint Green Smoothie ★★★★★1 review

This has got to be my favourite green smoothie recipe. It's creamy, not too sweet and tastes like summer. It's packed with pro-vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin C, fibre, folate, potassium and vitamin K. Lucy's food journal:


  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tightly-packed cups of baby spinach (or shredded kale)
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • a small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1 small mango, or 1 cup frozen chopped mango

Blend in a high speed blender until combined (around 30 seconds), garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
