Goji & Almond Bliss Balls

  • 10 large (150g/5.3oz) medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup (143g/5oz) raw almonds, soaked for at least 8 hours in water and drained
  • 1/2 cup (50g/1.8oz) goji berries
  • 1 cup puffed millet
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup (15g/0.5oz) dried coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp (14g/0.5oz) chia seeds


1. Place the almonds in the food processor and process until the almonds turn into almonds meal

2. Add the medjool dates and pulse to combine

3. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined

4. Place the mixture in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes – it will make them much easier to roll

5. Roll into golf ball-sized balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
