Chocolate Peanut Butter Donuts
These donuts are really flavourful & you don't have to worry, they're healthy, so let on-lookers believe you're living dangerously and enjoy as many as your tummy craves! Recipe by http://www.instagram.com/elleshungry
- 3/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 flax egg
- 4 TBS peanut butter
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Pour into a well greased donut pan. Bake 15 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled add the peanut butter glaze and take that bite you’ve been waiting impatiently to take!
