Chocolate Banana Smoothie
If you're a chocoholic then this is the perfect breakfast! For a thick shake, you could replace some of the soy milk with vanilla soy ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 & 1/2 cups fortified soy milk or other non-dairy milk
- 4 Medjool dates
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
