Chocolate Banana Smoothie ★★★★★1 review

If you're a chocoholic then this is the perfect breakfast! For a thick shake, you could replace some of the soy milk with vanilla soy ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 & 1/2 cups fortified soy milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
