INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small potato (microwaved or boiled until soft)
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • 20g corn flour (cornstarch)
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD

  1. Place the cooked potato, soy milk, onion powder, corn flour, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy.
  4. Spread over your pizza bases, add your favourite toppings, and bake as usual!
