INGREDIENTS
- 1 small potato (microwaved or boiled until soft)
- 1 cup soy milk
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- 20g corn flour (cornstarch)
- Salt, to taste
METHOD
- Place the cooked potato, soy milk, onion powder, corn flour, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy.
- Spread over your pizza bases, add your favourite toppings, and bake as usual!
