Hello! I’m Francesca, the creator of Recipes And Places, where I share my love for simple, delicious plant-based food. I grew up in Italy, where cooking with my mum was an everyday part of life. But it wasn’t until I moved to London and transitioned to a plant-based diet that I truly found my passion in the kitchen. Discovering new ingredients and experimenting with different techniques opened up a whole new world for me, and I’ve been sharing that journey ever since.
My mission is to show how easy and satisfying plant-based eating can be. Rather than relying on complicated replacements, I focus on whole foods and dishes that are naturally vegan. Being Italian, I quickly realized that my own cuisine already included many naturally plant-based recipes. This led me to explore other cultures as well, uncovering delicious vegan dishes from around the world.
I’m best known for wholesome, approachable recipes that prove plant-based eating is far from restrictive.
