T&Cs – Vegan Easy Challenge

The 30 Day Vegan Easy Challenge has a few simple terms and conditions as laid out here.

  1. The Promoter is Animal Liberation Victoria (“ALV”) and our charity partner Vegan Australia.
  2. Registered participants will begin the 30 Day Vegan Easy Challenge (“the Challenge”) on their nominated date after signing up and receiving their introductory/Welcome email.
  3. It is free to sign up and register for the Challenge. All daily emails, online resources, support group and mentorship are offered free.
  4. Registration to the Challenge can only be made via the website www.veganeasy.org/challenge.
  5. Participants of the 30 Day Vegan Easy Challenge who are under the age of 18 years old must have the consent of their parent or guardian, which must be confirmed at time of registration.
  6. Successful completion of the Challenge refers to keeping a vegan diet (ie: consumption of only plant-based foods, no animal derived products or ingredients such as meat, poultry, sea-food, eggs, dairy products or honey) for 30 consecutive days starting from the selected start-date after signing up at veganeasy.org.
  7. After completing the Challenge, we would appreciate your feedback by filling in and submitting this quick form: Vegan Easy Challenge Survey.
  8. ALV and partner Vegan Australia reserve the right to publish exemplary questionnaire submissions on its website, social media or in its newsletter.
  9. Entrants to the Challenge agree to be bound by these terms and conditions unconditionally.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NOVEMBER 30 DAY VEGAN EASY CHALLENGE & PRIZE DRAW

  1. The promoter is Animal Liberation Victoria (“ALV”) and our charity partner Vegan Australia.
  2. It is free to sign up and register for the November 30 Day Vegan Easy Challenge (“November Challenge”). All daily emails, online resources, support group and mentorship are offered free.
  3. Registration to the November Challenge can only be made via the website at www.veganeasy.org/challenge.
  4. Registered participants of the November Challenge are those who have filled in the online Registration Form after signing up at the above link and have done so in October or November 2024.
  5. Participants of the November Challenge who are under the age of 18 years must have the consent of their parent or guardian, which must be confirmed at time of registration.
  6. Successful completion of the November Challenge refers to keeping a vegan diet (ie: consumption of only plant-based foods, no animal derived products or ingredients such as meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, dairy products or honey) for 30 consecutive days.
  7. We would appreciate your feedback after you have finished the Challenge by filling in and submitting this form: Vegan Easy Challenge Survey.
  8. To be eligible to enter the Vegan Starter Prize Pack Draw (“Prize Draw”), registered participants must meet the following criteria:
    • not vegan at the start of the November Challenge or who are new vegans (less than 12 weeks),
    • and, must have signed up and registered for the November Challenge during October 2024.
  9. Employees or committee members of ALV or employees or directors of Vegan Australia will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
  10. The Prize Draw will take place during October 2024. Three winners will be drawn:
    • The first draw will take place on October 25, 2024.
    • The second draw will take place on October 28, 2024.
    • The third draw will take place on October 30, 2024.
  11. The three winners will be notified within 2 days of the Prize Draw. ALV will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners via email. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, ALV reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  12. ALV and partner Vegan Australia reserve the right to publish exemplary survey submissions on their websites, social media or newsletters.
  13. The November Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
  14.  Entrants to the November Challenge agree to be bound by these terms and conditions unconditionally.
