There are many benefits to becoming vegan, including greater health, saving the lives of many animals and being much more environmentally friendly. It really is the lifestyle choice to make. To make life (vegan)easy for you, we've provided you with a sample 30 day menu with recipes and photos for breakfast, lunch and dinner for each day, as well as sweets and side dishes on our recipe page.
