Vegan Shrimp Cocktail
An easy crowd pleaser, without harming any sea creatures!
- Vegan prawns (we used Sophie’s Kitchen, but Lamyong frozen ‘prawns’ are great too!)
- A dollop of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sriracha
- Splash of vinegar
- Cook the prawns on medium heat with coconut oil, until they become plump
- Combine tomato sauce and mayonnaise and mix well
- Mix in the lemon juice, sriracha and vinegar
Hook the prawns around the edges of your glass, filled with the sauce. Enjoy!
