Vegan Shrimp Cocktail

An easy crowd pleaser, without harming any sea creatures!


  • Vegan prawns (we used Sophie’s Kitchen, but Lamyong frozen ‘prawns’ are great too!)
  • A dollop of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • Splash of vinegar



  1. Cook the prawns on medium heat with coconut oil, until they become plump



  1. Combine tomato sauce and mayonnaise and mix well
  2. Mix in the lemon juice, sriracha and vinegar


Hook the prawns around the edges of your glass, filled with the sauce. Enjoy!
