Scrambled Eggs and Sausage The Vegan Way

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of sprouted/organic tofu
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast

Method:

  1. Squeeze water out of the tofu block and add all spices (except for the nutritional yeast) in a bowl, add the mix to a pan and heat up on low heat, stir around and add the nutritional yeast last along with some sprinkles of cayenne and sea salt.
  2. Seitan bacon cut in thin stripes would go well mixed in with this scramble.
  3. I added some vegan breakfast sausages (patties) and white beans.
