Scrambled Eggs and Sausage The Vegan Way
Ingredients:
- 1 block of sprouted/organic tofu
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 turmeric powder
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
Method:
- Squeeze water out of the tofu block and add all spices (except for the nutritional yeast) in a bowl, add the mix to a pan and heat up on low heat, stir around and add the nutritional yeast last along with some sprinkles of cayenne and sea salt.
- Seitan bacon cut in thin stripes would go well mixed in with this scramble.
- I added some vegan breakfast sausages (patties) and white beans.
