Garden Salad

Zoe's food journal:


  • tomatoes
  • garlic
  • spices of your choice
  • zucchini
  • carrot
  • hazelnuts
  • grapes
  • sprouts
  • radicchio
  • nasturtium and pansy flowers (optional)


1. To make the raw tomato sauce, simply blend tomatoes with spices and garlic in the blender.

2. Then get creative with design, and put it with zucchini and carrot noodles, nasturtium and pansy flowers, hazelnuts, grapes, sprouts and radicchio.
