Dried Persimmon Dipped in Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
- 2 dried persimmons*
- 50g/1.8oz vegan chocolate
METHOD
- Cut each dried persimmon into 8 pieces.
- Melt vegan chocolate over a double boiler.
- Dip each persimmon piece into the chocolate covering at least half of the surface and place on a plate with baking paper.
- Freeze for 15 minutes until the chocolate sets, then enjoy!
Note: *Dried persimmons can be bought from Asian grocery stores.
