Could I use oat milk instead of soy milk? And use more spinach then basil? Also am I able to add in vegan mayo for extra flavor?

Yes, you can adapt the recipe to your own taste. Use oat milk instead of soy. Add more spinach, less basil and add vegan mayo. Enjoy!
