Chocolate Pecan Banana Ice Cream

One of the best, guilt-free ice creams around. Made with frozen bananas, chocolate vegan protein powder and pecans with their sweet nutty flavour.

Serves 1 | Prep time: 5 mins | Cooking time: 0 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g/7oz frozen sliced banana
  • 30g/1oz (1/4 cup) pecans
  • 20g/0.7oz (3 Tbsp) chocolate soy protein powder, or sub any plant protein powder of choice
  • 2 Tbsp water*

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz!

Note: *If your blender is not high-powered you may need to add more water to help the blending process.
