The beans pack a hidden protein punch in this luscious chocolate ginger smoothie.

- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cooked soybeans (non GMO) or chickpeas or white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup fortified plant-based milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, sliced
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
