Choc Protein Blueberry Smoothie

Deliciously creamy, 3-ingredient smoothie made with a blend of blueberries, plant milk and chocolate soy protein powder. A healthy post-workout snack - for hydration and muscle repair.

Serves 1 | Prep time: 5 mins | Cooking time: 0 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g/7oz (1 cup) frozen blueberries
  • 20g/0.7oz (3 Tbsp) chocolate soy protein powder, or sub any plant protein powder of choice
  • 185ml/6.3oz (3/4 cup) unsweetened soy milk, can sub with other plant milk

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
