Choc Protein Blueberry Smoothie
Deliciously creamy, 3-ingredient smoothie made with a blend of blueberries, plant milk and chocolate soy protein powder. A healthy post-workout snack - for hydration and muscle repair.

INGREDIENTS
- 200g/7oz (1 cup) frozen blueberries
- 20g/0.7oz (3 Tbsp) chocolate soy protein powder, or sub any plant protein powder of choice
- 185ml/6.3oz (3/4 cup) unsweetened soy milk, can sub with other plant milk
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
