Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie ★★★★★2 reviews

This smoothie is just like a milkshake, only healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups fortified plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats or 1-2 weet bix
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp of flax or chia seeds

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
