3 Ingredient Chia Seed Pudding

This Chia Seed Pudding is a breeze to make!


  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • A dash of alcohol-free Vanilla Extract (optional)

Chopped fresh fruit for topping


1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar or tupperware container.

2. Cover and let sit in fridge overnight.

3. The next morning: mix once, add fruit toppings, then enjoy!
