Get rid of temptations!
If you have animal products lying around it will be harder for you to stay on track. Clean out your pantry and start stocking up on canned beans, vegan pasta sauces and stir fry sauces. Get rid of your sausages, burgers and minced meats and replace them with vegan versions, and try stocking a few bags of frozen veg for a quick, easy stir fry.
