Sandwich with Soy Strips

This sandwich is very popular with teenagers and meat eaters as they think they’re eating a steak sandwich. If you’ve marinated extra and/or have leftovers from the marinated soy strips you’re on a roll! Here I’ve used sourdough bread.

You’ll need:
Marinated soy strips (follow recipe here)
Bread/roll of your choice
Lettuce
Tomatoes, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Vegan margarine (optional)
Vegan mayonnaise (my favorite is Praise 97% fat free Dijonnaise from supermarkets)
