Chilli Wrap

This is a yummy quick but filling lunch to have at home or in your work lunch box. With a splash of Tofutti cream ‘cheese’ it resembles a nacho flavored wrap!

Homemade chilli non-carne
(or if you’re in a rush just open a can of Mexican Chilli Beans
rocket
bread wrap
baby spinach leaves
cucumber, sliced
carrots, grated
Tofutti cream ‘cheese’

Spread some tofutti cream cheese on the wrap, add the greens, then beans, then carrots, roll up and enjoy! Note: if you’re having it at home it’s nice to heat up the beans first.
